TradeDeck

Licence terms

Last updated: 9 October 2026

What you get when you buy TradeDeck and on what terms. The seller is TradeDeck; you can reach us through support.

1. What you buy

TradeDeck is a manual trading panel (an Expert Advisor) for MetaTrader 5 or MetaTrader 4, plus a phone app that controls it. The MT5 and MT4 versions are sold separately.

You buy a licence — the right to use the software, not the software itself. The rights to the software, its code and its name stay with the rights holder.

2. Access key

3. Trial key

4. Delivery

5. What is not allowed

If these terms are broken, the key may be disabled without a refund.

6. Software “as is”

TradeDeck is provided “as is”, without a promise that it will work without faults on every account, with every broker and in every situation. Test it with the trial key before buying.

The panel is a tool for manual trading: trading decisions are yours. It does not guarantee profit or any result. The functions the panel performs itself (trailing, breakeven, partial close, hidden levels, the phone link) work only while the terminal is running and online. The lot is sized from the broker's data; because of the minimum lot, the volume step, spread, commission, gaps and slippage, the actual loss can differ from the risk you set.

7. Trading risk and liability

Trading financial markets involves the risk of losing money, including your whole deposit. We are not liable for trading losses, broker decisions, or the operation of the terminal, the internet or a VPS.

In any case our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence.

8. MetaQuotes

TradeDeck is not affiliated with or endorsed by MetaQuotes Ltd. MetaTrader and MQL5 are trademarks of their owners.

9. Refunds

Refunds are covered by the Refund policy. What data we keep is in the Privacy policy.

10. Disputes and changes

If something goes wrong, write to support first: disputes are resolved by negotiation. We may update these terms; the date of the current version is shown at the top of the page.
