What data the TradeDeck site and its shop receive, why, and for how long. Questions and deletion requests go to support.
Support contact:
1. What we receive
- E-mail. The payer e-mail that PayPal passes on; the e-mail you give when paying with crypto (optional); the e-mail for a trial key; the e-mail you ask us to send your purchase link to.
- Order data. Order number, product, price, promo or partner code, payment method and status, the payment reference at the payment processor, the issued key, download count, dates, page language.
- Key data. When the EA checks the key, the server stores the trading account number and broker server the key is bound to, and the dates of first and last use. For a trial key, the details used to enforce “one trial per e-mail, account and computer”.
- Visit statistics. Counts of page views, Buy clicks, started payments and trial keys; the domain you came from (not the full page address) and the
utm_sourcetag. To count unique visitors, the IP address and browser are turned into a hash with a changing salt, valid for one day only. The hashes are kept only in the server's memory; the statistics file holds nothing but daily totals. The statistics do not store IP addresses.
2. Payment processors
Payments happen on the PayPal or NOWPayments site. Card, PayPal account and crypto wallet details are entered there and never reach us. These companies process your data under their own privacy policies. Crypto payments are visible on the public blockchain.
3. Why
- to issue the key and the file, send the e-mail with the key and link, and resend your purchase link on request;
- to check the key and the number of accounts on it, and to prevent repeated trials and abuse;
- to answer support requests and sort out payment problems;
- to send one reminder shortly before a trial key ends and, after a purchase, one e-mail asking for a review;
- to understand overall how many people visit the site and where from.
We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.
4. Cookies and trackers
The site sets no cookies and loads no ad trackers or third-party analytics. Your browser's localStorage keeps:
td.lang— the language you chose;td.order— your order number and its access code, so the “My purchase” button works;td.ref— a partner code from a link, kept for 30 days.
This stays in your browser; you can delete it by clearing the site's data in your browser settings.
5. Fonts and third parties
Fonts and all site files are served by our own server. While you just browse the site, no third party (Google or anyone else) receives anything about you. Third parties take part only in payment — PayPal or NOWPayments, see above.
6. How long we keep it
- Orders, keys and the e-mail linked to them are kept for as long as the licence is valid: they are needed to check the key and restore access.
- Trial key records are kept to enforce the one-trial rule.
- The hashes used to count unique visitors live only in the server's memory and do not outlast the day.
7. Your rights
Write to support to find out what data we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Note that if an order is deleted, its key and download link may stop working, because they depend on it.
8. Phone app
The link between the EA and the phone is off by default. What data is sent when you turn it on is described in a separate policy inside the app.
